Canadian Trucking Insurance is a Ontario-based company that
works exclusively to provide coverage for commercial trucking.
with a focus on Canada.
The project focus was to implement a very long and complex
online form so that it was easy to use. We used PHP to develop a very intuitive
and interactive multi-page form which dynamically changed the questions depending
on each user's precise circumstances.
We complemented this form with an interactive PDF file for those situations
that couldn't be handled online.
Finally we packaged these forms into an appealing web site which incorporated
Google Analytics code so we could track its performance.
