Business Need

CAA Niagara wanted to significantly improve members’ online experience by providing enhanced services available through Campana User Group pages.

Challenges

The AAA.com platform limits Member transactions between itself and Axis - you can only join and renew. Other real time transactions such as add an associate, upgrade coverage level, change address, view CAA dollars, and gift membership are not possible.

Solution

Newland sourced, configured and installed a new physical server to host the Campana User Group pages. We styled the pages to match the existing site, and modified that site to use the new server for all member functions.
The Club reported that join and renew revenue doubled overnight when this solution was implemented and revenue continues to grow.

Technology & Tools

A new server was added to the existing environment. The server runs Red Hat Linux, MySQL, Java, Apache, Tomcat.
